The Burbank yurt, Greengage Yurt and Avalon Carriage sleep four in proper beds. Swan Bell Tent sleeps two on a proper mattress. We can supply up to two additional mattresses for children or extra guests in Burbank Yurt. Please select the correct number of guests when you book. First select the number of adults and then the children dropdown will appear.
We normally have a 2 night minimum stay, but where there are gaps in bookings or for last minute bookings we may be able to accept a one night stay. Please give us a ring if you can’t find what you’re looking for.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction within 14 days the full cost of the booking is charged.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 5pm to 9:30pm. Please let us know on the booking form roughly what time you plan to arrive so we can greet you and get you settled in. Check-out by 10am please.
GROUPS
Groups wishing to book the bottom part of the orchard (Avalon Carriage, Greengage Yurt and Swan Bell Tent) or the whole site (Avalon, Greengage, Swan and Burbank Yurt), please contact us for details. We are not a party venue and do not cater for lively hen or stag parties – quiet, sensible ones maybe!

Sorry, but there are sheep in neighbouring orchards so we don’t allow dogs or other pets on site.
